How GetFunds handles workspace data. Operator and retention details are awaiting publication.
Workspace data
Hosted accounts use Firebase Authentication. Workspace membership, business profiles, conversations, leads, research evidence, outreach records and application activity are stored in Google Cloud Firestore. Uploaded materials use private object storage when configured. The public sample workspace uses synthetic data in your browser and does not create an account or send email.
Connected providers
A mailbox connection requires account consent. Mailbox credentials and tokens remain on the server. Research uses bounded company source material with configured research providers. Authorized outreach shares the intended recipient, message and selected materials with your connected email provider.
Your choices
Open tracking is off by default. You can disconnect a mailbox, pause Autopilot or disable new email submissions. Messages already submitted cannot be recalled. Workspace access is limited to authorized members.
