Intended use
GetFunds helps businesses research companies and manage sales outreach. Use data and email providers only when you have appropriate permission and a lawful basis. Do not upload secrets or use the product for deceptive or abusive outreach.
Research and sending
Research distinguishes recorded facts, inferences and unknowns. Starting Autopilot authorizes the configured audience, business offer and limits. Routine outreach within that scope does not need per-email approval. Manual campaigns retain their explicit activation flow. Provider acceptance is not proof of delivery.
Controls and limitations
You can pause or stop Autopilot. Provider availability, verification status, sending limits and recorded replies can hold or stop work. Research and outreach outcomes are not guaranteed.
Agreement details still required
The owner must publish the legal operator name, jurisdiction, approved service and data processing terms, acceptable use policy, pricing where applicable and contact details. This information is not the final service agreement.
